Sebi nod for ICICI Pru AMC’s Rs 10,000 crore IPO
MUMBAI: Markets regulator Sebi has given the green signal to the maiden public offer for ICICI Prudential Asset Management Co, one of the largest fund houses in India. Prudential Corp Holdings of the UK, the joint venture partner of ICICI Bank in the AMC, is selling part of its stake in the company to raise around Rs 10,000 crore. The offer is expected to open on Dec 12. Apart from I-Pru, three more companies — Powerica Ltd, Technocraft Ventures and Annu Projects — received Sebi’s approval to float IPOs.
